My husband came home this week with a “mess” of bream, which I couldn’t wait to taste. I immediately looked around the kitchen to see what I could come up with, and here it is, pan-seared bream with mango, peppers, and onions. It is so tasty and quick; it takes about 15 minutes from the skillet to the table.

Ingredients

  • 1-pound Bream Fillets (or fish of choice)
  • 1 Mango – cubed
  • 1 Onion – chopped
  • 1 Green Pepper – chopped (any kind of pepper you like)
  • 1 Lime
  • Oil
  • Seasoning (a good go-to dry seasoning is Cuddin Eddie’s Fais Do Do Dry)

Directions

  1. Heat oil in skillet
  2. Sear fish on med-high
  3. Add onion & pepper
  4. Brown for about 5-minutes
  5. Add mango
  6. Cook until mango is heated through
  7. Squeeze lime juice over mixture
